About
I’m Ashish, aka Pocha — an indie developer who spends half the year shipping small, useful apps and the other half riding a motorcycle across continents. This page is a quick tour of both: the products I build, and the rides that fund the “why not” behind them.
What I Build
I build and self-host a handful of small, focused apps — no VC funding, no growth team, just me shipping things I personally needed and figured others might too.
Kilvish

Fintech goes Social & Personal. A personal-finance Android app for tracking and categorizing expenses together — with family, flatmates, or anyone you split costs with. Custom shared expense "tags", month-wise totals, and UPI expense import with automatic OCR extraction.
TrackFolks
Your field team, always connected. A field-force management app for small and mid-sized teams — sales reps, service technicians, delivery staff — built as an affordable, India-first alternative to tools like Lystloc, Hubstaff, and Trackobit. Live GPS tracking, selfie punch-in, customer visit logging, and real-time manager dashboards.

TrackBlood

Your health data, finally useful. Blood reports pile up in folders and PDFs. TrackBlood turns them into a single, private timeline entirely inside your browser — nothing is ever uploaded. Recognises 150+ markers across labs like Thyrocare, SRL, Metropolis, Apollo, and Aarthi Scans, and exports a clean CSV you can hand your doctor or an AI for a second opinion.
Watobot
Send WhatsApp messages programmatically from your own account. A free WhatsApp automation API for reminders, scheduled messages, and backend integrations — without needing the official WhatsApp Business API. Server-side scheduling for recurring messages, delivery logs, and a zero-knowledge, AES-256 encrypted design.

The Journey
Building indie products is only half the story — the other half is the road. I ride solo, long-distance, on a motorcycle, and write about it as I go.
London to India (2023)

A solo motorcycle ride from London to India — through Europe, Scandinavia, Turkey, Georgia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, China & Nepal. 22,000 kms over 150 days (5 months).
Central Asia, Russia & Mongolia (2024)
A follow-up solo ride through the Pamir Highway, Russia, Siberia, and Mongolia — chasing remote roads and harder terrain than the year before.

I also did a solo Pan-India motorcycle trip in 2021, which is really where all of this started.
Support My Work
I build Kilvish, TrackFolks, TrackBlood, and Watobot on my own time and my own dime — hosting, OCR/AI APIs, WhatsApp infra, and app store costs all come out of pocket. If one of these apps is useful to you, or you just want to support an indie developer who also rides motorcycles across continents, here’s how to reach out:
- Email: gardeniavidesi@gmail.com
- LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/thinkingpocha
- GitHub: github.com/pocha
Sponsorships, feature requests, or just “I used your app and here’s what broke” — all welcome.
